Shipping Within New Zealand

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand. Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch all in stock items within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timeframes:

North Island: 1 - 3 business days

South Island: 3 - 5 business days

Rural areas: May take an additional 1–2 days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Standard North Island Shipping: $15.00NZD (flat rate)

Standard South Island Shipping: $20.00NZD (flat rate)

Rural Delivery: May incur a small additional charge

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Branded or Customised Orders

Orders that include embroidery, printing or any custom branding will take additional time. Please allow for production before shipping. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when branded goods are due

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
