Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return any unworn, unused, and unbranded items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be non-branded (custom or branded items are not returnable unless faulty)

To request a return, please email us at hello@safemove.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are made to your original payment method or direct to your bank account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? You can return your item and place a new order online. This ensures you get what you need as soon as possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Branded/customised items
  • PPE items (e.g. masks, gloves, safety glasses) due to health & safety reasons – unless faulty
  • Items worn or used
